3. Scope of Services
Antrieb 2.0 UG provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for creating and managing eCommerce stores. Sellers can utilize the platform to host stores, sell products (physical or digital), and manage transactions. The Platform includes the following features:
Subdomain or custom domain support.
Payment gateway integration.
Multiple themes and customization options.
4. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws and consumer protection laws.
Avoid using the Platform for illegal activities, such as selling prohibited or counterfeit goods.
Ensure that all content uploaded to your store is legal and does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
Managing their store content, products, and services.
Fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.
Providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and terms.
Handling customer complaints and disputes.
Complying with payment gateway requirements for transactions.
6. Fees and Payment
Sellers are required to subscribe to a plan based on the pricing model provided by Antrieb 2.0 UG.
Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Non-payment of fees may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content related to the Platform are the intellectual property of Antrieb 2.0 UG.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform as per these Terms and Conditions.
Sellers retain ownership of their store content but grant Antrieb 2.0 UG a license to use it for operational purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Antrieb 2.0 UG is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
We are not responsible for disputes between Sellers and Customers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may perform maintenance as needed.
9. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
Antrieb 2.0 UG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or non-payment of fees.
Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked, and all data associated with the account may be deleted.
10. Privacy Policy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process user data.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
